So we designed a CNC and combined all the advice and wishes of our customers into this one ultimate CNC.

That's why its called the Ultimatik 48.

Here are some of the features that make this CNC stand out:

• No transformers or converters necessary: Operates on 208V/240V, 3 Phase or Single Phase (using 3 Phase motors with drives)
• Most compact design 4x8 CNC, requires only 8 by 14 feet floor space for operation (plus control tower)

• 9.0 kW(12 HP) Italian HSD air cooled spindle.

• 10 Tool Linear Tool Change Function (Not a carousel, which is more costly and is more prone to problems and crashes, and really is not much faster)
• 10HP Vacuum pump is designed to be tucked under the CNC frame = Saving Space, machine even comes with the vacuum hose
• Material positioning pins are controlled automatically. Pins go down at cycle start, vacuum pump starts and the vacuum sensor prevents the machine from cutting if the vacuum pressure is too low. Even many expensive machines don't have this function. 
• Only one Vacuum zone, either on or off, controlled with the push of a button
• Syntec High Precision Real Industrial Controller (Not windows based, meaning, stable operation, no viruses or spam, and no annoying updates)
• Controller panel is on a freestanding tower with enough wire to position where it is most comfortable for you
•  Tool Touch off probe mounted on frame of machine, you don't need to place it on the table. Tool Length parameters will be automatically saved into the controller.
